Tournament Check-In Procedures
Tournament check-in is required by ALL teams.  The check-in location is at the Burns Road Recreation Center.   (Military Trail and Burns Road)
 

 

Check-In Procedures
 

USSSA requirements state:

 

  • Central check-in will be open on Friday night (5PM until 9PM) and on Saturday morning (8AM until 12 noon).  If you require team check-in, you must do so during these hours and before your 2nd pool game of the tournament.   If not, your team will be issued a forfeit for all games played and won.

 

  • If this is the team’s first USSSA tournament, the entire team must check-in along with the head coach. 

 

  • If this is an individual player’s first USSSA tournament, the player must check-in along with the head coach.

 

  • Bring the team book.  The book needs to have the following:
    • Official USSSA Team Roster – signed by players and parents.
    • Birth certificate for each player
    • Current picture for each player
    • Current year grade report card for each player
